Job Overview:
- The F&B Manager will be responsible for managing all F&B operations (2 restaurants, 3 bar, and several F&B activities) and for ensuring excellent service for our guests, supervising, training and supporting the entire waiting staff, in compliance with our company philosophy, operating standards and procedures. He or she will help to develop a harmonious work atmosphere with a focused approach on collaboration.Responsibilities and duties:
- Will manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and our standards;
- Will anticipate the needs of our guests, taking extreme care of details and customer service as well as supervising the entire waiting team;
- Will lead F&B team by attracting, supporting, managing and training them;
- Will ensure effective communication between all the departments, in compliance with our current procedures;
- Will manage the food cost and supervise the food supplies for the kitchen, as well as beverages to stock the bar and fridges;
- Will contribute to design delicious and attractive menus and continuously making improvements;
- Will make sure that the team collects all materials needed from the warehouse in accordance with the instructions received;
- Will create a positive and collaborative work atmosphere within the team, spreading the culture of proactive teamwork among company departments;
- Will actively collaborate to ensure the organisation of our events (banquets, meetings, villas deliveries etc.);
- Will keep professional and ethical relationships with guests, suppliers and colleagues;
- Will ensure compliance with all the HACCP system rules;
- Will check the correct use and upkeep of the equipment and materials supplied.
