**Position**:
Italdesign is looking for an assertive and smart Electric & Electronic Buyer who will be employed in the Project Purchasing department of the Italian site of Italdesign.

S/He will be responsible to reach the targets of the assigned field of development.

**Responsibilities**
- International Electric & Electronic suppliers scouting for the following E/E Automotive perimeters: Lighting, E-Traction, Harness, E/E Architecture, E/E Integration, ADAS & Autonomous Driving, UI & UX, HMI, Infotainment and Connected Car;
- Supplier relationship management and supplier panel lists development for one or more commodities both regionally and globally that lead to a good solution in terms of quality, lead time, delivery, and pricing;
- Sourcing for assigned products related to E/E perimeter. This includes: collection of technical specification from business units, RFI and RFQ activity, analysis of supplier responses and quotes, negotiation, nomination and placing purchase orders in ERP system.
- Leading and facilitate the negotiations and technical discussions, dealing with all the Company Departments needed to fulfill the targets;
- Generate reports and presentations about sourcing status of the assigned products and critical issues for the project planning;
- Contract management.

**Requirements**:
**Key requirements**
- Knowledge of main purchasing technicality (purchase benchmarking, tender planning, risk management, economics data analysis, negotiation);
- Knowledge of main principle of contracts (Nomination Letter, Non-Disclosure Agreement, General Terms and Conditions);
- Responsibility and integrity;
- Good interpersonal and communicative skills;
- Flexible and hardworking;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- 2-3 years’ experience in Electric & Electronic field.

**Preferential requirements**
- Passion or experience in Automotive engineering sector;
- Good team working skills;
- Innovation oriented;
- Good time management capability and proactivity.

**Additional Information**
- ** Education**: Master's Degree in Automotive/ Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.
- ** Language skills**: Fluent knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English are required. Knowledge of German would be appreciated.
