Are you looking for a challenging and dynamic environment where to build your professional career?

We are looking for a **Press Technical Activities Management**to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the Head of Testing Management & Vehicle Physics**.**

You will be responsible to coordinate press technical activities and dynamic launch events in the R&D, defining Press Fleet technical specification to guarantee the performance achievement interacting with communication and commercial departments.

You will be responsible for the following activities:
Press Fleet
- support to Communication department for press fleet budget forecast
- press vehicles configuration and ordering process
- press tests calendar, according to the priorities defined by Communication department
- fleet management and preparation and technical specification definition (performance cars)
- on-site coordination and support for performance tests

Dynamic Events with Press and Customers
- R&D responsible for dynamic activities during event: preparation, budget, event team support;
- Event cars planning, preparation and release
- Dynamic activities definition and coordination
- on-site coordination of activities during the events and point of contact for other departments

Budget forecast for R&D, Communication, and Marketing & Sales teams involved in and support for tracking testing activities on car, in compliance with Company the company policies:

- To drive and evaluate vehicles before and during technical drives and for press activities
- To perform standard test
- To perform special test in car
- To perform high speed test
- To perform dynamic test based upon request

**About you**
- Technical university Degree
- At least 8 years of experience in a similar role
- Automotive OEMs / Tier1 suppliers experience and automotive engineering knowledge
- Logistic processes knowledge
- Knowledge of data analysis, post-processing methodologies
- Experience in working and dealing with cross functional department
- Car Testing and automotive media background
- Fluent English and Italian, German will be considered a plus
