In order to develop our company we are looking for a:
**Planning & Financial Controller**

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out regular business performance analysis, analyzing variances from budget/forecast.
- Participate to the monthly/quarterly Business Reviews together with Business Directors.
- Identify and suggest actions, to support the achievement of performance targets.
- Proactively support in the production of the annual budget and forecasts for the areas of responsibility.
- P reparation of the monthly reporting for the areas of responsibility.
- Performing ad hoc analysis and controlling tasks.

Profile
- Degree in Business Administration with excellent results
- + 3/ 5 years of working experience within Finance teams of international organizations, having had specific international experience
- Ability to understand business models and build business plans
- Ability to work cross-functional, close to business and customers with a solid Business Partners attitude
- Analytical thinking, ability to understand issues, interpret data, draw conclusions and provide guidance
- Ability to design and measure KPIs, with specific focus on the P/L
- Accountability, respect of deadlines and quality standards (accuracy, consistency with policies and guidelines)
- Ability to prioritize activities, work with flexibility and to handle stres s

Requirements / Capabilities
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Proficient Microsoft Office suite user with focus on Excel and Power BI
- Experience with SAP - SAP/BW
