Sr Accounting Analyst

**Sr Accounting Analyst** We are looking for an Administrative Manager who will work within the Finance team in Reggio Emilia and will supervise accounting, administrative and tax activities and coordinate two people. **Main responsabilities** Preparation of the statutory and consolidated annual and, possibly, interim financial statements Prepare treasury and cash flow reports Collaboration with auditing firms on tax issues particularly related to the customs/logistics world, therefore relating to VAT/Incoterms Verification and support on various internal activities (e.g. F24, withholdings), in collaboration with HR Support activities on CBAM and excise duties Support in monthly closing and management reporting activities Collaboration and support with "Shared Services" located outside the national territory on issues such as invoicing, payments, etc Management, in collaboration with consultants, of tax obligations in foreign subsidiaries Manage activities in the legal, corporate books, tax and civil fields in collaboration with external consultants Participate and collaborate in the implementation of IT projects aimed at operational efficiency **Academic background and experiences**: Degree in economics and finance or similar (a master's degree is considered a plus) Four or more years of administrative experience within a structured, international business environment **Skills**: Specialist knowledge of general accounting and experience in the tax field Knowledge of financial statements and analytical accounting (Italian accounting principles and, welcome but not necessary, US GAAP) Good knowledge of the English language (min.
