At Avio Aero, a GE Aerospace company, we’ve been reimagining the power of flight for more than 100 years. We are specialized in the design, production and maintenance of components and systems for both the civil and military aviation.
We are seeking an Intern to work as part of our Lean Manufacturing Team.
In this role the Intern will have the opportunity to learn about and use Lean behaviors, principles, and tools across an operational or functional area.
**Essentials Responsibilities**
As a Lean Manufacturing Intern you will
- actively participated in continuous improvement projects
- implement Lean Manufacturing processes aimed at enhancing productivity
- contribute to the spread of Lean culture within the company and support in driving cultural transformation
- create and maintain detailed production reports to track performance.
**Qualifications/Requirements**
High School Diploma;
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles;
PC and Microsoft Office Proficiency (Excel, Powerpoint);
English and Italian fluency, written and verbal;
Ability to analyze problems and provide efficient solutions;
EU Work Permit.
**Desired Characteristics**
Curious and eager to learn;
Oral and written communication skills;
Analytical and problem solving skills;
Ability to handle diverse activities simultaneously.
