Maintenance Excellence Expert

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- The Maintenance Excellence rep. will be responsible for planning, preparing, & coordinating the TK & OC Outages for TPS Transactional Customers.

He/She will have to prepare & gather all the needed equipment’s information/data to ensure their completion for a customized outage’s SoW preparation

He/She will have to review & analyze all the opened SRs associated to the equipment/s for a SoW integration

He/She will have to identify associable Upgrades to be proactively proposed in the sow based on customer’s M&O’s needs

He/She will have to prepare an outage technical package where parts, repair & FS (skill/s definition) activities portions will be defined.

He/She will drive initiatives, to improve process and tools and will work hand in hand with Regionals Sales Account managers & commercial Operation by providing all the needed support.

**Required Qualifications**
- Degree - preferably a mechanical engineering discipline is preferred.
- Must have 10 years of experience in a multinational company, with focus on Field services, technical services and/or Outage Engineering.
- Must have 5 years of experience in rotating equipment maintenance & operations (background as field engineer or site manager would be preferable)
- Must have a robust knowledge of Operations & Maintenance including specific product expertise (e.g. troubleshooting, technical assistance, auxiliary equipments etc.)
- Must be willing to expand his/her knowledge by learning other technologies to generate redundancy & additional efficiency w/ the rest of the team
- Must be a self-starter, able to work on their own initiative
- Willing to travel
- 100% familiarization w/ Company technical e-tools
- Driven by Results accomplishments vs. providing a service
- Proactive, positive & team player attitude
- Must have good presentation skills
- Local, Fluent spoken English essential, another language would be a distinct advantage
- General understanding of Energy and/or Petroleum Market/Applications + BH product portfolio
- Process mindset and analytical approach
**Desired Characteristics**
- Main accountabilities will be:

- He/She will lead and coordinate all the activities aimed to provide a complete outage technical package by interacting & leading all the associated functions
- He/She will be responsible to complete outage technical package
- He/She will be carrying out technical site assessments if necessary, along w/ Advisory Rep.
- Interaction w/ Svc. Engineering for tech. issue resolution
- He/she will carry out maintenance simulations and SPIR optimization
- He she will present and follow up the technical package content to internal & external customers (if required)
- He/She will act in supporting the P&L to write the commercial and technical offer as output of the outage preparation package
- He/She will develop a DTI Menu for the specific customer with a detailed outage analysis
- He/She will track/facilitate/coordinate resolution of the issues over the 100% of equipment/s involved in the outage’s preparation and will manage a tailored continuous external & internal communication process
- He/She will define a technical/quality development plan for the specific outage to improve reliability & availability of the involved equipment/s.
- He/she will interface with Tech. Sales & Sales teams to identify and generate ideas to customers to improve the efficiency of the customer operations
- HE/She will promote advisory service activity in the outage preparation
- He/she will manage the interface with RGM, Accounts, Tech. Sales & Com Ops to generate further commercial opportunities.
- Interaction w/ segment Svc. Product Leadership to develop tailored maintenance and svc. Model approaches
