**Posizione**:
La risorsa selezionata, ricoprendo il ruolo di **Junior HR Assistant** svolgerà le seguenti attività:

- Gestione del processo di onboarding dei neoassunti;
- Gestione amministrativa del personale;
- Gestione del processo di performance management;
- Organizzazione di corsi di formazione per il personale.

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea in discipline umanistiche/giuridiche o psicologia;
- Capacità organizzative e di gestione del tempo;
- Spiccate capacità relazionali e comunicative;
- Precedente esperienza di almeno 6 mesi in ambito HR;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (almeno B2 indispensabile);
- Motivazione a intraprendere un percorso di crescita in un ambiente innovativo e stimolante
