**What's the role?**: We’re looking for Intern for our Engineering Marketing team in Milan who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced, high-performing, international working culture. The intern role provides support to ECC and Engineering Marketing developing tools meant to standardize and automize verification checks of a new Hilti Method. **Who is Hilti?**: If you’re new to the industry, you might not have heard of us. With 30,000 people in more than 120 countries, which we’re looking to expand, we’re a great place for you to show us your worth, step up to new challenges and grow your career. **What does the role involve?**: - You will support the Engineering Marketing team in the - **c** **reation of tools **for the new seismic ventilated facades design method meant to increase productivity, standardize verification checks and generate reports. - This tools have to be compatible with the design of - **multiple types of ventilated facades **considering therefore different - _geometries, kits, load _.- **FEM models **, how manipulate them in order to perform checks and how to create reports.We will give you everything you need to excel in your role, including software, tools and ongoing training. **What do we offer?**: You will join a structured **training agenda **which will allow you to carry out your daily tasks but also to discover many other relevant topics and activities such as: - Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI); - Compensation&Benefits; - Brand Identity; - Trying our tools under the guidance of our trainers.
