**Ufleet,** società del gruppo **Uvet, **leader nel settore della mobilità che integra il mondo delle flotte auto aziendali (Fleet management) con soluzioni innovative legate all’automotive, è alla ricerca della figura di Addetto/a Fleet Order Management da inserire presso gli uffici di Milano.

**Mansioni**
- Gestione del processo di customer care e advisoring verso driver e cliente tramite mail e telefono
- Gestione e controllo del servizio erogato dal fornitore (noleggiatore, rent a breve, petroliere..) verso il cliente e nel rispetto del contratto sottoscritto da questo ultimo
- Gestione del processo d'ordine e di tutte le relative verifiche e correzioni
- Gestione della comunicazione verso il cliente e utente finale del processo d'ordine e monitoraggio delle previste consegne e relativi update
- Interazione con il team commerciale nell'elaborazione delle proposte di car policy e norme
- Gestione proattiva di eventuali reclami o escalation per nome e per conto del cliente proponendo soluzioni alternative e/o risolutive
- Partecipazione a meeting in presenza o online con i clienti relativi a tutto il processo di ordine
- Gestione reporting e analisi su processo ordine e stato contratti
**Requisiti**
- Esperienza di 2/3 anni nel settore Fleet Management e/o Automotive
- Esperienza in un ruolo similare
- Ottime doti comunicative
- Abilità negoziali, capacità relazionali, di team working e problem solving
- Orientamento al risultato, flessibilità, proattività e precisione
- Ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Microsoft Office
- Buona capacità nell’elaborazione di analisi e reporting
- Buona Conoscenza della Lingua inglese
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato
