The Operations Project and Change Management (OPCM) Trainee’s goal is to help maximizing and optimizing the potential benefit and added-value of Project management and Change management activities, within the Connectivity Operations department.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Help the OPCM Specialist in organizing Project activities within Connectivity Operations department
- Ensure that information relevant to the teams activities and operational knowledge is distributed efficiently among the Connectivity Operations teams
- Participate in identifying optimizations of specific work-flows
- Assisting OPCM Specialist in the management of daily operations within various departments
- Helping in planning and executing events, projects
- Participating actively in synthetizing current processes, helping in the identification of potential areas of improvement
- Propose and formalize, under OPCM Specialist supervision, requests for work-flow enhancement in the ITSM tool

**What it Takes**:

- Degree in Engineering and Management or similar background
- Detail-oriented, capacity to work following pre-agreed processes
- Very good interpersonal communication, planning and organizational skills
- Experience with standard business software (e.g. Office suite), especially with Excel and Power Point
- Fluent in English language, written and oral skill

**Where You’ll Be**: Turin, Italy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: €1,000.00 per month
