**HR GENERALIST / TALENT ACQUISITION**
**Posizione**:
La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno di una realtà dinamica e in continua espansione, con l’obiettivo di **creare e strutturare l’Ufficio Risorse Umane**.
In particolare, si occuperà di:
- Gestione dei processi di selezione e colloqui, sia per operatori call center che per agenti di vendita;
- Definizione e implementazione di piani di carriera e percorsi di crescita interna;
- Gestione delle pratiche HR e del personale in collaborazione con la direzione;
- Supporto nella creazione di processi, procedure e strumenti HR in linea con una realtà di start-up in forte espansione.

**Requisiti**:
- Esperienza pregressa nella gestione del personale, maturata in azienda e/o in agenzia (preferibile esperienza in entrambi i contesti);
- Capacità di proporre soluzioni e percorsi di crescita professionale;
- Spirito imprenditoriale e motivazione a sposare un progetto aziendale in fase di sviluppo;
- Approccio proattivo, visione strategica e voglia di costruire processi da zero.
