F&M Ingegneria is looking for a professional to join the **Tender Office**.

**TASKS**
- Identifying, researching, monitoring and analysing calls for tenders and offers on the market for the company’s sectors of activity
- Developing, drafting and coordinating - in compliance with the regulations in force - the administrative part of tenders and RDOs
- Monitor and ensure full compliance with deadlines, deadlines and the correct execution of the tender
- Collect and upload on the portal all the documents required by the call for tenders
- Analysing tender requirements
- Coordinate and produce acts and documents required for the conclusion of the contract.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Previous experience of at least 2 years in a tender and procurement office
- Ability to work in a team
- Attention and accuracy to deadlines
- Diploma in any field, or degree in law or economics

Place of work: Mirano-Venice.
