Per il nostro **Baglioni Hotel Regina di Roma**, situato nel cuore di via Veneto, ricerchiamo una Risorsa da inserire come Night Manager
Lavorando a contatto con i Responsabili di reparto e la Direzione, il Night Manager avrà la responsabilità di gestire il turno di notte, le operazioni di Guest Service e le attività di Front Office, seguendo le procedure Baglioni Hotels e gli standard The Leading Hotels of the World.
Consideriamo questa come posizione di partenza, cerchiamo una persona ambiziosa con il desiderio di cogliere concrete opportunità di crescita e diventare il futuro Reception Manager o Guest Experience Manager.
**Principali Responsabilità**
- Assistenza agli ospiti in Casa;
- Applicazione degli Standard di servizio Baglioni Hotels e LHW;
- Attività di cassa, check in - check out - escorting durante il turno di notte;
- Gestione delle operazioni di chiusura notturna;
- Controlli di corretta imputazione degli addebiti;
- Eseguire la chiusura notturna e produrre reportistica;
- Controllo pratiche e servizi del giorno seguente;
- Sicurezza degli Ospiti e salvaguardia dell'hotel durante il turno di notte;
- Gestione di imprevisti ed emergenze seguendo gli standard di condotta della Compagnia.
