Juventus FC is looking for a Sport Industry passionated and talented Partnerships Activation Account who will will be involved in the definition, implementation and monitoring of initiatives activated by the Company in relation to Club's Partners.

**Main duties & responsibilities**:With regards to the defined pool of Juventus Partners**:

- Manage the day-to-day relationship with Partners and related agencies
- Activate Partner's rights, by proactively creating opportunities and anticipating Partners' needs
- Manage partners' activities on a daily basis, such as i) development and execution of partners' digital campaigns, ii) coordination of players' filmings/photo sessions, iii) coordination of matchday experiences, iv) delivery of meet&greet and Partners' experiences, v) management of ticketing and hospitality assets, vi) implementation of branding and digital visibility
- Monitor and measurement of performance against Partners' KPIs and develop reports for defined activities/projects/seasonal partnership results
- Support the team with functional activities, such as management of accesses, tickets, guest lists
- Fully understand contracts' technicalities, such as key policies, practices and procedures that always ensure compliant activations
- Interact cross functionally to develop best in class activations
- Manage renewal conversations
- Increase B2B actions to create synergies between Partners
- Establish long lasting relations with Partners

**Professional requirements**:

- Master's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing and Communication or similar. Specialized Courses in Sport Management will be considered as a plus
- 3-5 years' experience in Partnership/Marketing activation role or Account Management/Client Service with focus on activations gained in Top Agencies or in Multinational Companies
- Track record of best-in-class activations
- Interested in football and very good knowledge of the Sport Industry ¬
- Strong knowledge of English language (proficient level); second language is a plus
- Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint (Able to deliver clear, convincing and well-organized presentations)
- Good digital culture
- Get things done through formal and informal channels
- Available to travel across Italy & abroad
