We are searching for the Head of Partnerships ActivationTurin I Full-timeAt Juventus, partnerships are part of our game plan. We're looking for a leader who can turn world-class assets—our digital ecosystem, in-house content production, Allianz Stadium, and our players—into high-impact campaigns that fans love and partners value.Your missionLead the Activation team to design and execute tailored strategies for each partner, aligned with partner goals and the Club's brand identity.Leverage Juventus' assets (digital, content factory, stadium, players) to deliver engaging, innovative campaigns.Drive Juventus to a leading position in Europe's partnership landscape, championing innovation and best practices.Co-create creative campaigns with Content, Media and Digital to maximize brand visibility and partner ROI.Own partner relationships end-to-end, ensuring a seamless handover from Sales to full activation delivery.Track performance & report with a strong data-driven mindset to continuously optimize strategies.Collaborate cross-functionally (Marketing, Comms, Digital, Legal, Finance) ensuring compliance and high standards.What we're looking forProven track record activating and managing large-scale brand campaigns in sports, entertainment, or mediaAbility to think creatively and strategically to drive innovative activationsStrong presentation skills and ability to sell ideas to partnersExtensive knowledge of social media and digital platformsProficient in data analysis tools , Excel, and PowerPointFluent in English (second language is a plus)Passion for football and deep understanding of the sports industryWho you areHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitaskStrong team player with excellent collaboration and communication skillsProactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environmentsComfortable with flexible hours (including weekends)Ability to lead change and inspire transformationAt Juventus, we're committed to building a diverse and inclusive environment.
