Growth Marketer

Sibill is seeking a Growth Marketer that is both analytical and creative - a data-driven person that can use technology to build and manage a comprehensive marketing plan, while at the same time leveraging their keen eye for design to optimise our acquisition and engagement flows. The Growth Marketer will manage and be responsible for the fulfilment of our business metrics and business goals on a company level.
- set up from scratch growth / lead acquisition campaigns on different channels with innovative/traditional performance marketing channels/techniques;
- figure out optimisation opportunities and enhancements within the existent acquisition funnel;
- optimise user retention and down the line funnel;
- contribute to the set up of comprehensive analytical reports to better understand the efficacy of executed initiatives;
- propose new initiatives and opportunities that might arise from monitored KPIs and key metrics;
- talk to customers to get to know them and craft go-to-market initiatives suited to solve their problems;
- hire, train and promote talents.
- 3+ years of professional experience in growth, product marketing or digital marketing;
- Willingness to build everything from scratch in the SME fintech sector;
- Ability to simplify complex matters to make information accessible to a broader audience of different stakeholders;
- Analytical mindset with a strong focus on creative problem-solving;
- Proven track record of working with funnel metrics & optimization (CAC, CLTV, Churn rates);
- Passion for transferring knowledge by mentoring and growing team members;
- Great English skills;
- (nice to have) up to date with latest performance marketing trends;
