Elite - Manager, Debt Product

Drive efforts to optimize a group of services and products within the ELITE value proposition, in order to achieve the business goals and maximize return on investment. Work with product and sales teams to identify customer needs and improve existing products or develop new ones, with a specific focus on debt asset class.

ELITE also helps guide the management teams of ELITE companies on how to fast-track their development and how to access the most suitable funding options for their growth needs, whether institutional investors, private equity, private debt or public markets, both equity and debt.

The Capital Services division within ELITE is responsible for the launch, promotion and management of the ELITE's funding solutions. It offers companies the opportunity to connect to financial advisors, intermediaries, professional investors and facilitates the access to capital through diverse funding options (equity & debt).

The jobholder will directly manage relations with the relevant stakeholders, with a focus on intermediaries, companies and key investors on Debt asset class.

In terms of responsibilities, the jobholder will:
- Promote ELITE Capital Service and specifically the debt solutions within the ELITE Community- Originate new deal opportunities, by identifying customer needs and designing appropriate customer journey and value proposition, through a continuous interaction with the ELITE RM&Sales team, the broker and financial advisor community, companies and investors- Monitor the overall deal process for Companies (from the onboarding phase to the advisor, broker and investor introduction and engagement) involving the right counterparties to ensure quality of service to the companies- Identifying new business opportunities and scope for innovation and new products- Contribute to the broadening of the ELITE Community of Companies, Partners, Brokers and Investors- Liaise with internal teams and external counterparts (i.e. Compliance, Risk, Legal) to reach operations excellency and customer loyalty
- 3-5y experience in product management, business development or sales support role.
- Knowledge of Euronext’s market model, rule book, service offer, the buy-side and sell-side landscape.
- Knowledge of the full product development lifecycle.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic awareness.
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills, an ability to combine attention to detail with the wider strategic view.
- Rigorous project management skills: ability to leverage internal and external relationships, autonomy and determination to drive forward projects, provide clear business input into functional requirements.
- Collaborative, open, pragmatic, customer oriented and numbers-driven approach to work.
- International business experience or ambition - developing products in multiple geographic locations
