You will support the Italian OTC Regulatory team in the following activities:
prepare correspondence with Authorities.
perform electronic submissions through the HA portal (variations/IMS) and update related tracking;
ensure full update of regulatory systems in compliance with licenses and internal requirements;
upload and download documents from Global Databases;
manage publication on Official Journal;
manage payment requests and expenses requests through the internal system;
accomplish the requirements following a variation to product information (Farmastampati, German translation);
support parallel import communications;
open and manage department purchase orders;
support data entry and reconciliation activities for vigilance obligations.

You’ll also support the Regulatory Department in activities like archiving, travel management, expenses report management, agenda management, meeting organisation.

Requirements & personal attributes
High school or admin/scientific studies
Previous experience in similar role (knowledge and experience in Regulatory Affairs area will be considered a plus)
Good knowledge of Excel and Office tools
Fluent in Italian and English
