As an F&B Manager, you are passionate about coordinating the F&B Department of the Hotel, making sure the team provides the highest level of service to create an extraordinary experience for our guests.

Your responsibilities include:

- Mastering the organization of all the activities related to the management and coordination of the F&B department, working along with the Group Director of F&B
- Improving the quality of the services offered and diversifying them in accordance with the company’s strategic goals
- Ensuring compliance to the HACCP regulation
- Managing the team ensuring that everyone is well-trained and motivated
- Developing and managing Food and Beverage budget
- Production of reports supporting the activities of the Group Director of F&B
- Ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction by maintaining service standards and quality.
