Per un nostro cliente, realtà di caratura internazionale operante nel settore siderurgico e sita in provincia di Brescia, siamo alla ricerca di un/una: ESG & SUSTAINABILITY PROFESSIONAL La risorsa, a diretto riporto del Direttore Comunicazione, Relazioni Esterne e CSR, avrà in carico le seguenti attività: - Partecipare alla definizione degli obiettivi ESG del piano industriale con specifica competenza su aspetti sociali e di governance; - Contribuire alla preparazione della rendicontazione non finanziaria in linea con la normativa nazionale sul reporting di sostenibilità, alle linee guida del Global Reporting Initiative e all'Agenda 2030; - Monitorare gli standard di reporting e nuovi framework come TCFD, Tassonomia sociale, l'IIRC etc.; - Mettere a terra le iniziative e i progetti strategici di sostenibilità; - Supportare le funzioni interne nell'integrazione di politiche e processi di sostenibilità; - Monitoraggio dei KPI ESG; - Gestire le attività di stakeholder engagement: ideazione, operatività e rendicontazione; - Elaborare la matrice di materialità in linea con le più recenti evoluzioni in materia; - Supportare il risk manager nell'attività di valutazione dei rischi ESG; - Pianificare, gestire e rendicontare le elargizioni liberali e le sponsorizzazioni sociali, culturali e sportive; - Predisporre insieme al team di comunicazione strategie di comunicazione interna ed esterna sui temi ESG. - 7/10 anni di esperienza, preferibilmente nel settore industriale, finanziario o consulenza, con specializzazione su tematiche ESG; - Esperienza nella rendicontazione e nella misurazione di aspetti ESG: - Competenze strategiche; - Esperienza nell'applicazione dell'Agenda 2030; - Esperienza nella gestione e integrazione degli aspetti ESG in aziende industriali complesse; - Specifiche competenze su temi chiave quali Diritti Umani, D&I; - Esperienza nella valutazione dei rischi; - Comprovate competenze in finanza sostenibile; - Ottima conoscenza di una seconda lingua (inglese o tedesco), scritta e parlata; - La conoscenza del francese e dello spagnolo è considerato un plus.
