Partnering with Product Marketing, R&D, and Operations, you’ll drive innovation by optimizing and harmonizing our product portfolio. **Your tasks**:
**Category Management**
- Develop, medium, long term sourcing strategy in collaboration with CMO, R&D and Operation Team to ensure best TCO and security of supply for Franke
- Align strategy and tactics with other key stakeholders
- Communicate strategy to the organization to support implementation
- Contract managements
- RFQ Management
- Establish cooperation between specifier (Marketing, Innovation & Operation), and purchasing involving Quality and SCM

**Supplier relationship and portfolio management**
- Lead negotiations on a group level
- Target lowest global costs and highest value for Franke globally
- Manage relationship with strategic suppliers
- Actively manage the portfolio in order to benefit from a group approach toward appliances suppliers.
- Guarantee supply availability

**Project management**
- Continuously analyse the supply market to identify new opportunities
- Align with all relevant business functions in achieving strategic company targets
- Secure sharing of information and support for the local organisations and business units
- Develop and participate in cross functional teams
- Implements the use of framework agreements on projects as directed

**Continuous improvement of value and quality**
- Implement, support and ensure the use of relevant strategic sourcing processes of sourcing across the group
- Identify and implement cost savings opportunities
- Communicate, co-operate and involve relevant stakeholders in order to drive the overall strategy
- Support and actively promote the Procurement function
- Engage and secure an open and direct dialogue with stakeholders
- Improve supplier service level, payment and logistic terms.

**Leadership**
- Link with local and central Marketing and quality teams.
- Connect with supply chain to insure proper coordination around projects.
- Implement procurement strategy and policies

**Requirements**:

- 5/10 years within Purchasing
- Worked in a Matrix environment
- Experience with managing internal and external customers
- Ability to travel international
- Post Graduate education
- Commercial or technical education
- Fluent in English
- ERP background - SAP preferred but not mandatory
- Travelling 30-50%
