As a Marketing Activation Trainee in Milan Vimercate, you’ll support the Marketing Activation Manager in executing impactful campaigns across our wholesome snacks portfolio—turning creative ideas into real-world results and helping shape the future of better snacking.
You can sign up for a 6-month full-time contract, with the possibility to extend it to 12 months. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
Brand Activations - You ’ ll closely follow brand activations, collaborate with external agencies, including contests and trade roadshows.
Data Tracking and Analysis - Monitor sell-in and sell-out data, while analyzing consumer data and competition activations.
Brand point of contact - Support on managing brand marketing mix in partnership with internal stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Engage with other functions within the company and the central team.
Budget Tracking and Below the Line Investment - Be involved in tracking the Marketing budget.
We’re Looking for Someone With
A bachelor’s/master’s degree in economics or marketing.
Proficiency in both Italian and English.
Advanced Excel skills and an analytical mindset.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Preferably studies exchange programs or internship experience.
