**Position Summary:**:As the Strategic Alliance Manager, Program Management for Alliance Partners, you will manage all aspects of a project, from start to finish. You will design, communicate, and implement an operational plan for completing a project; monitor its progress and performance against the plan; take action to resolve operational problems; and see that it is completed on time and within budget. You will also identify, develop, and gather the resources to support the Citrix + Microsoft, Citrix + Google, Citrix + AWS partnerships and collaborate with other operational areas in the organization to secure specialized resources and contributions, set priorities, allocates tasks, and work closely with Managing Directors of the respective Alliance Partnerships to meet customer targets and achievements.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Engaging with our partner(s) to understand and anticipate their needs
- Defining and prioritizing opportunities for a variety of scenarios
- Effectively communicating requirements and progress
- Effectively using data to inform your opinions, priorities, progress, objectives and key results

**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of work experience with solid career progression in program management, communications or a related field that incorporates industry standard methodologies in project and program management
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Solid understanding of Cloud computing technology, Citrix and subscription models
- Understanding of partner/channel relationships and sales strategies
- Demonstrated experience with Amazon, Google and/or Microsoft products
- Experience with large global partners
- Ability to provide creative practical solutions to problems
- Strong writing and presentation skills, and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences and develop written material for external stakeholders
