You will be responsible for supporting CTS Engineering Teams toward Operational Excellence, focusing on OTR projects for On time delivery, Demand vs Capacity Analysis, External Engineering Workload Management. You will drive the Organization toward a Data Driven Mindset, enabling analysis and decision making. You will interface with other teams and functions to effectively coordinate metrics, dashboards, functional processes, and cross-functional initiatives.

As CTS RQS Engineering Operations, you will be responsible for:

- Analyzing Engineering Teams Demand inputs and drive Demand vs Capacity Analysis.
- Driving Engineering Teams to accurate and timely Vouchering allocation.
- Working with Outsourcing Leader to evaluate the external engineering workload.
- Supporting Functional Costs analysis to understand cost drivers and drive cost reduction actions.
- Developing positive relationships and work closely with IET Engineering Leaders and Operations to share best practices.
- Performing analysis on the estimation of resources of OTR CTS projects.
- Preparing briefs and progress reports, present the results of your analysis.
- Supporting the maintenance and improvement of the existing internal document management system.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have MSc. in Mathematics, Statistics or Finance.
- Have experience in Data Management and Proven analytical and organizational ability.
- Have time management and successful execution of projects.
- Have very good organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Have experience in Operations or Finance.
- Be passionate about climate technology solutions and sustainability.
- Have good presentation and facilitation skills. Have very good written and verbal communication skills. Additional language is advantageous.
