**What does the role involve?**:
As **Regional Sales controller, **you’ll be part of our finance team based in Milan with responsibility towards full Southern Europe.
Day to day, you’ll be asked to be the Finance Business Partner (FBP) of Sales for the specific segment of Energy & Industry (E&I), driving profitability improvement, working closely with all other departments (HR, Pricing, Marketing, Engineering) to set Sales for success. You will oversee a specific business segment, owning the rolling forecasts and the performance monitoring process being the finance reference for Sales Director and Division Managers and also the Global BUs.
You will master P&L knowledge and personally assess valuable business opportunities.
Constantly involved in main finance topics, you’ll report to the Head of Controlling being part of the bigger Southern Europe Controlling and Reporting team.
Your main task will be:
- Actively identifies improvement opportunities
- Participating to the target setting process for MBO of sales force and Area Sales Managers
- Participating in ad-hoc finance specific projects/requests
- OPEX steering and Rolling Forecast Process
- Business partner for Sales Director, Division Manager as well as ASM and AM, in steering Net Sales and Margin targets
- Global contributor to strategy deployment and relevant projects
- Cooperating with Marketing Department to simulate Margin and Net Sales impact of specific events
- Leading the change, with constant problem solving attitude

**What you need is**:
- Degree holder in Economics/Business Administration/Finance and Accounting/Engineering
- Data driven and analytical
- Deep understanding of the business and processes
- Results oriented and able to motivate team members
- Ability to drive and influence different teams to work together and achieve the goals
- More than 2+ years of professional experience in finance roles also in contact with Sales/Marketing
- High motivation level, drive and energy; entrepreneurial attitude
- Proficiency in English and Italian
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent Knowledge Microsoft Suite
