COCO-MAT group, an innovative Greek company in the field of natural sleep, is looking for a highly energetic and passionate new member for its Retail Sales team and specifically for the position of:
**Retail Sales Advisor**
**Location: Milan, city center**

As a Retail Sales Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in representing our brand and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your primary responsibility is to drive sales and foster relationships with high-end clientele, ensuring that the brand's luxury image and standards are consistently upheld.
**Responsibilities and daily tasks**:
- Drive business as an active member of the sales team
- Provide exceptional customer service experience by listening, educating, and assisting customers in meeting their needs, cross sell to customers by demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products
- Proactive on after sales following up and maximizing sales opportunities
- Develop customer loyalty through education on brand
- Process and register transactions accurately and efficiently
- Support brand identity through merchandising guidelines.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven luxury retail sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with high-profile clients
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
