Local Unit & Position Description:
We are looking for a Competence & Training Officer to support our team to enhance the competencies of individual employees by organizing and scheduling training programs that will boost our employees technical performance in alliance with company’s core values. You will be responsible for supporting the management of all phases of training calibration and for managing all records and logs related to personnel qualification.

Our Competence department is part of a wider team that support all technical issues of Personnel involved in delivery of Management System Certification: team working attitude is an asset

Performs general clerical duties in a variety of tasks, mainly related to support the Unit office activities.

The main areas of responsibility are:

- Perform clerical tasks/duties assigned by the line management in the Unit
- Update secretarial/ clerical desk manual and maintain in good order storage/ retrieval systems
- Compose correspondence/ reports for manager signature
- Assure discreet handling of all business
- Improve/tighten storage/retrieval systems
- Various clerical tasks may be assigned in accordance with the office procedures of the local organisation.
**We are offering internship of approximately 6 months.**

Position Qualifications:

- Upper secondary school or higher education
- ECDL / Office automation skills
- Communication and collaboration skills
- Written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English
- Problem-solving approach and capable to work autonomously
- Well-organized and resilience individual
- Customer-oriented individual with positive attitude
- Willingness to take on minor tasks as well as participate in bigger projects
- Knowledge of MS Office as a desirable skill
