Selection of professional profiles is seeking for World Vision Italia Onlus “an independent Christian-inspired humanitarian organization focused on child sponsorship”:
One Finance and Adiministration officer
The resource, who will report directly to the General Director, will be responsible for:
set up and monitor all donor payment processes, ensuring that all donations are correctly transacted and entered into the database;
payment and revenue management with monitoring of liquidity;
maintain correct journal entries on a monthly basis;
drafting the financial balance;
implement monthly financial analyses;
provide periodic reports both to the Board of World Vision Italy and to World Vision International;
develop and implement financial procedures in accordance with World Vision International guidelines and Italian law;
manage and supervise an internal resource (Finance and Administrative Assistant) as well as a network of external consultants.
**Requirements**:
Fluency in English - both verbal and written - is a must
Degree in Economic field
Two years of experience in similar activities
Excellent knowledge of Office Suite (Excel particularly)
Proven ability in the use of the main electronic payment platforms (home banking, e-commerce).
Problem solving and goal orientation attitude
We offer a permanent contract
**Working time**:
full time (Mon-Fri) with Smart Working once per week
**Location**:
Rome
A training abroad is expected.
