As a **Level Designer**, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging levels that enhance the player experience. You will collaborate closely with artists, programmers, and other designers to ensure that your levels integrate seamlessly with the overall game.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and build captivating levels using Unreal Engine.
- Bring levels to life using Blueprint scripting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop levels that effectively express gameplay mechanics and narrative.
- Conduct playtesting on your own levels, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs accordingly.
- Clearly communicate level ideas and specifications to the team.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience with Unreal Engine and Blueprint scripting.
- Strong understanding of level design principles, including gameplay flow, player engagement, and environmental storytelling.
- Experience with open and intricate level designs.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fully remote environment.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Italian is preferred.
