**Internship Overview**

Are you a detail-oriented and data-driven person with a keen interest in digital marketing? Mister Worker® is seeking a **Paid Advertising Specialist** to join our marketing team. This internship provides an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns for our e-commerce platform.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand business goals and develop effective Google Ads strategies.
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and achieve ROI targets.
- Conduct keyword research, analyze competitor activities, and stay updated on industry trends to enhance campaign performance.
- Monitor and report on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad copies and visuals.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent spoken and written English and Italian.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, with a focus on Google Ads.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of all Google solutions (Gmail, Drive, Sheets)

**Preferred Skills**
- Knowledge of French, Spanish or German.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics.
- Previous experience with Google Ads or other digital advertising platforms.
- Previous experience using Graphic tools (e.g. Canva).
- Previous experience managing Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
