Sales Line is selecting a Customer Operations Manager for a renewable energy company in Italy.

Our client is one of the most important renewable energies companies, which core business is electric vehicle charging, with a worldwide presence.
**Who are we looking for?**:
The CUSTOMER OPERATIONS MANAGER builds up and coordinates the Italian back office team.
**What is the challenge of this role?**:
Your challenge will be developing, controlling, and supervising back office activities aligned with company objectives.
**Must have?**
Fluent in English and at least three years of Customer Operations Management in B2B companies.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Customer Operations Manager builds up and coordinates the Italian back office team. His primary focus will be on:
- Manage invoicing, contracts, and call center operations
- control and approve invoices & contracts
- Control and approve monthly payments of rent, electricity consumption
- Control and approve reconciliation with investors and revenue-sharing models
- Collect customer inquiries and filter to forward related colleagues
- Contract management & Achieving
- He/she draws up weekly - monthly reporting to the Head Of Operations
- He/she relates with public administration and third parties involved
- Coordinate a team of two people.
**IDEAL CANDIDATE**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Operations Management;
- Bachelor’s Degree;
- Soft skills: Communication, negotiation, decision making, problem-solving and innovative approach,
- Fluent knowledge of English and Italian
