In the recent past, we have also worked together with MBB companies as subject-matter expert.Role OverviewAs an Associate in our company, you will play a vital role in supporting strategic initiatives focused on customer service operations and sales.Reporting directly to the Engagement Manager, you will work closely with them to assist in the management and execution of key projects. While your responsibilities will include client-facing activities, you will primarily be responsible for specific project tasks and deliverables, taking a portion of the project responsibility.This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a client-facing role and contribute to the success of our client engagements.Key Responsibilities1.Project Support: Assist the Engagement Manager in managing and executing end-to-end projects focused on improving customer service operations and sales effectiveness. This includes supporting project planning, conducting research, data analysis, and assisting in the development of recommendations and solutions2.Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs, gather data, and support the delivery of project updates and recommendations. Collaborate with the Engagement Manager in "filling the room"; during client meetings, presentations, and workshops3.Data Analysis:Perform data analysis using Excel and other relevant tools to extract insights, identify trends, and support decision-making. Collaborate with the Project Leader to develop robust Excel models and visualize data for effective communication4.Deliverable Creation: Contribute to the creation of high-quality deliverables, including PowerPoint presentations and reports. Ensure that all deliverables adhere to the company's standards and effectively communicate key findings and recommendations5.Research and Knowledge Development: Stay updated on industry trends, customer operations practices, and emerging technologies.
