**Corporate BD&L Manager**

**THE ROLE**
- Support in the evaluation and negotiation of new business opportunities
- Support in coordinating Regional / local BD projects
- Support and analysis of business cases, term sheets and contractual revisions
- Support and management / organization of due diligence processes
- Reporting and deadline management
- Project management
- Preparation / Updates of presentations
- Coordination of contract revisions

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- University degree in Science/Economis/Finance
- Significant experience in multinational environments, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector or in advanced technology companies, in roles involving contract management, planning and economic modelling, project management tasks
- Experience in Pharma / Consumer Healthcare businesses of advantage
- Problem solving and analytical capabilities
- Negotiations capabilities
- Great Team worker and good communication ability
- Open-minded personality
- Fluent English, Italian desirable
