La persona in stage sarà inserita all’interno del team Technology il quale si occupa anche di fornire supporto tecnico agli utenti in modo efficiente e accurato. In questo ruolo aiuterai a risolvere problemi tecnici di base (HD1) e a fornire supporto a tutte le filiali. Con questa esperienza, approfondirai la tua conoscenza delle procedure dell'help desk di hardware, reti e software.
**Compiti e responsabilità**
- Agire come primo punto di contatto per i nostri dipendenti che cercano supporto IT
- Aiuto nella configurazione e installazione di nuovi dispositivi (PC, telefoni cellulari, stampanti, telefoni VoIP)
- Supporto nell'esecuzione di risoluzione dei problemi in loco e da remoto per diagnosticare e risolvere comuni problemi IT
- Trasmettere qualsiasi feedback o suggerimento da parte dei clienti al team interno appropriato - Identificare e suggerire possibili miglioramenti alle procedure

- Passione per l'informatica
- Buone competenze con software e sistemi operativi Microsoft
- Buone capacità di relazione con il cliente e di comunicazione
- Buone capacità di risoluzione dei problemi e di ricerca
- Padronanza della lingua inglese e italiana o tedesca
