In questo momento siamo alla ricerca di un **Technical Support**con base **Milano** dedicato ad attività di assistenza e manutenzione medical devices

**Attività**:

- Ricerca guasto
- Consultazione manuali specialistici (lingua inglese prioritaria)
- Riparazione (non componentistica) attraverso sostituzione materiale fornito
- Conoscenza basilare principi di funzionamento meccanici/elettronici/informatici
- Conoscenza basilare reti informatiche
- Supporto help desk, raccolta informazioni, smistamento chiamate assistenza

**Requisiti**:

- Diploma in ambito tecnico (ITIS, IPSIA ) (Elettronica/Telecomunicazioni/Informatica/Meccanica)
- Spiccata manualità
- Entusiasmo verso un ruolo tecnico centrale del settore biomedicale
- Conoscenza del Pacchetto Office in particolar modo Excel
- Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese

Formazione accurata e dedicata, anche specialistica con casa produttrice, che permetta alla risorsa di accrescere le sue competenze e abilità, ed allo stesso tempo di familiarizzare con le dinamiche aziendali.
