We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Technical Sales Engineer with a passion for selling technology solutions in the Industrial rubber market to our customers.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales by targeting new prospects and cultivating existing customer relationships to achieve high level of business and customer satisfaction.
Success in this role will be measured by your ability to acquire new customers, drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling, ensure customer retention, and contribute to the overall success of our sales team and business.
We are looking for someone who is seasoned, hardworking, and highly motivated to achieve outstanding results.
**Responsibilities**
- Sales Area: North of Italy;
- Successfully match customer needs to proposed solutions;
- Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product development;
- Report every information from market (competitors, new machines );
- After-sale support;
**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as a Sales Technical Engineer in chemical or rubber markets (3 to 5 years at least);
- Good English language, written and spoken;
- Willingness to travel;
- Chemical/Mechanical Degree or equivalent;
- Age: between 35-45 years old;
- Familiarity with office software;
