**What does the role involve?**:

- **Legal Specialist - Commercial contracts & Market reach **you will be a part of a team who are in charge that all aspects of the organization are in line with legal regulations and best practices.
- This role will provide you with the opportunity to think in a strategic and creative way and to be involved in different projects. You will have the possibility to showcase your people skills, strategic approach, attention to detail, and data gathering and interpretation capabilities in contacts with top management..
- Your main responsibilities:

- Draft, negotiate and adapt under Italian law a wide variety of commercial agreements, including content licenses and strategic partnership agreements.- Advise and support management teams, legal team, Enterprise, Business Development, Sales, and other business clients on legal matters.
- Respond promptly and reliably to internal and external requests for advice, specifically with regards to contracts, commercial negotiation, regulations, IP, advertising and B2B protection under Italian and European law.
- Assist in pre-contentious and contentious matters.
- Represents a point of contact for HQ in order to locally implement all corporate guidelines with regards to commercial contracts, international contracts, contract policies and guidelines, etc.

**What you need is**:

- Law Degree, BAR exam, Specialized in Civil/Commercial Law
- 1-3 years of professional experience
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and European regulation
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent presentation skills, attention to detail and self-motivation
- Team player
