**DI COSA TI OCCUPERAI**:
Il profilo selezionato avrà la **responsabilità di coordinamento e ottimizzazione delle attività operative e progettuali**, si occuperà della supervisione del lavoro del team operativo, fornendo supporto e garantendo il rispetto di standard e deadline di progetto.

**COMPETENZE E REQUISITI**
- Laurea
- Concreta e trasversale esperienza nel settore della comunicazione e dell'organizzazione di eventi
- Attitudine commerciale
- Leadership, gestione del team
- Forte capacità di comprensione e interazione con i contesti nei quali si opera
- Capacità eccezionali di comunicazione, presentazione e gestione dei clienti
- Capacità di gestire progetti complessi e rispettare scadenze strette
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office
- Disponibilità a trasferte [90% IT - 10% EU]

Inquadramento e livello economico saranno proporzionati alla seniority ed alla qualità/profondità delle esperienze maturate.
