**Position**:
During this 6 months internship, you will operate within the Customer Service team in Quarona.

You will have the opportunity to grow specific skills in Customer Service, you will train in order to proactively identify and properly frame Customers' demands.

You will deal with all clients' requests, suggest possible solutions, assist and inform them on Loro Piana's products, services and policies.

Specifically, during this internship you will be involved in the following activities:

- Deal with customers requests
- Support the team during the management of all orders
- Support the team during the data entry and archivation operations
- Deal with invoices, declarations and confirmations
- Manage chinese costumers discounts and products returns
- Support the team within clients' requests of refunds or exchanges

**Profile**:

- Degree in Economy / Marketing / Communication
- Fluent in Italian, English, knowledge of Chinese is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Proactivity and problem solving
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and Power Point

**Additional information**:

- Gross Monthly Compensation: 800€
