Per azienda leader nel mondo degli Employee Benefit, siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Project Manager per la divisione Werlfare.
La risorsa ricercata è un* Project Manager, che verrà inserit* all'interno della Direzione Welfare, area Customer Success, impegnat* costantemente in attività di consulenza volte ad accompagnare i clienti nella realizzazione di piani di welfare aziendale.
Il Project Manager interviene nella fase di post vendita e gestisce l'implementazione di soluzioni welfare personalizzate tramite l'analisi della realtà aziendale.
Si occupa del coordinamento delle esigenze degli stakeholder interni ed esterni per l'attivazione del progetto. È responsabile, inoltre, della retention del cliente e dello sviluppo del progetto welfare tramite attività di upselling e cross-selling.
Principali attività:
Gestione progetti in ambito Welfare per l'implementazione di soluzioni personalizzate sulla base delle esigenze e della realtà aziendale del cliente.
Pianificazione e gestione di tutte le fasi del progetto Welfare in coordinamento con le altre funzioni aziendali (ad esempio Ufficio Marketing, Legal, IT, Operations e Finance).
Sviluppo KPI economici del progetto welfare tramite monitoraggio del piano, analisi andamenti e azioni proattive.
Definizione, in accordo con le funzioni competenti, del piano di comunicazione e formazione sulla base delle esigenze del progetto.
Lavoro in team per progetti interni relativi al miglioramento di processi di gestione del cliente
