**Job Requirements
**La risorsa si occuperà di:
- suportare il team HR nella attivazione, gestione e rendicontazione dei tirocini formativi e nella gestione documentale relativa al personale;
- supportare il Team HR nella gestione del personale straniero operante presso la sede italiana tramite permesso di lavoro (ricerca di alloggi, gestione dei relativi contratti di locazione, gestione della documentazione di onboarding, ivi incluse le procedure relative alle assunzioni ed all’ accesso alle sedi del cliente, orientamento e necessità correlate alla relocation);
- supportare il team HR & Admin nelle attività relative alla gestione amministrativa e logística del personale;
- collaborare con i vari dipartimenti ( HR, Finance, Admin) e con la Direzione anche tramite analisi e gestione di contratti aziendali con vendors e fornitori, quali, a mero titolo di esempio: auto aziendali, contratti di affitto, contratti con società di fornitura di utenze e servizi, contratti con consulenti ed assicurazioni;
- Redigere reports ed effettuare analisi per i dipartimenti operativi e amministrativi;
- Supportare gli Engineering Managers nella gestione documentale richiesta dai clienti per il corretto svolgimento del business e per l’ accesso a gare ed Appalti;
- Interfacciarsi con i vari dipartimenti ed incaricati di funzione Quest, ubicati anche fuori dal territorio nazionale, per condivisione di informazioni e supporto nella gestione di progetti e attività a livello Corporate.
**Work Experience
- Diploma Superiore o Laurea;
- Almeno tre anni di esperienza in ruolo analogo;
- conoscenza della lingua inglese almeno a livello B1;
- buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office.
