**Service coordinator (m/d/f) BackOffice SnowRoom**:
TechnoAlpin guarantees the highest level of snow quality to satisfy all winter sports enthusiasts around the world. With over 30 years of experience, the company is the global innovation leader in snow-making technology and has more than 650 employees worldwide.

**Your responsibilities**:

- You create offers for service assignments
- Draw up maintenance contracts for major customers
- Pro-actively contact customers and offer them maintenance services
- You take care of the billing & invoicing of the assignments
- You plan trainings for our technicians & the technicians of the subcontractors
- Create the training materials for the courses and prepare a training catalog
- You will also learn to prepare offers for the sale of the SnowRoom

**Our requirements**:

- You have a commercial or technical education
- Work experience in the back office is an advantage
- Organizational skills
- Good understanding of the German & Italian language
- English knowledge very good
- AutoCad knowledge is an advantage
