Country Roll-out Manager

SYNLAB has created a fully funded corporate start-up, named _SYNLAB Health For You_ with the aim to create a digital health care offering for the direct-to-consumer (D2C) market. For the setup of our teams, we are looking for digital-minded personalities who share the vision to create actionable health insights for our customers leveraging the expertise of Europe’s leading laboratory diagnostics provider.

You will be hired in SYNLAB ITALIA in according to the Italian law with an Italian contract.

**Posizione**:
**Role Description**

In this role, you will be responsible for the roll-out of our product across Italy, mainly collaborating with the legacy business of SYNLAB. This includes the on-boarding of staff in our service centres (BCPs, blood collection points) and train them in the provision of our services. With more than 200 locations across Italy, the speed and quality of this roll-out will play an instrumental role of our success in Italy. We are therefore looking for an outgoing personality with solid communication skills and good self-discipline with the ability to create structure, who is thriving to take up the challenge.

**Requisiti**:
**Main tasks**
- Train the staff and ensure that the required infrastructure is in place
- Ensure that the product of SYNLAB Health For You is adequately represented and the delivery services implemented
- Further develop and enrich the onboarding materials and define priorities in the rollout and market access
- Long-term develop a systematic approach for launching new services and products
- Ensure stakeholder management and adequate communication with the legacy business
- Report the roll-out progress in regular dashboards to the management
- Escalate feedback directly to the program lead and act as Single Point of Contact for defined rollout feature for internal clients and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives

**Experience**
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in project management, commercial operations, corporate training or similar
- Experience in business consulting, the D2C business, the scale-up of a start-up or new market entry is beneficial

**Qualification**
- University degree (Bachelor or Master) or equivalent experience
- Proven strong communication and trouble-shooting skills
- Ability to work structured in an ambiguous environment
- Fluent in Italian and English

**Mobility**
- Willing to travel - expected level of travel of this position is approximately 80%
- Ideally located in the Greater Milano area
