**Job details**:
As Controller for our Oncology Business Unit, you will provide support to the Finance Department and the Business Unit Oncology of the Italian Affiliate in relation to (and not only) the following aspects:

- Controlling and monitoring of the P&L of Oncology Business
- Execution of the annual budget planning and the forecasts as partner of the Oncology departments
- Supporting the Oncology departments in financial, reporting and business management issues
- Preparation and evaluation of financial data, including actual vs target comparisons
- Supporting the Oncology departments in achieving their targets
- Collaborate in the enhancement of internal reporting, planning tools and finance-related business processes for all business unit of the Italian Affiliates
- Execution, together the other controlling team members, of month-end closing activities
- Participation in cross-functional projects (Italian and/or European)
- Processing of ad hoc requests

**Professional and personal requirements**:

- Degree in business administration or a related field of study with a focus on finance and/or controlling
- At least five years of experience in controlling or finance and accounting
- Identification with the values of Daiichi Sankyo: collaboration, commitment, courage and integrity
- High affinity to IT systems
- Knowledge of SAP R/3 (esp. CO module) and BI.
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Strong analytical/conceptual thinking skills
- Convincing presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team, sense of purpose and high-quality standards
- Very good written and spoken Italian and English skills
