**Opportunità**:
Italmatch Chemicals SpA, grossa realtà produttiva multinazionale del comparto Chimico, ricerca un **Maintenance & Engineering Manager **per lo stabilimento di Arese.

La risorsa individuata sarà a riporto diretto del Site Manager.

**Attività principali**:
In particolare, la risorsa dovrà gestire le seguenti mansioni:

- Gestire e coordinare le attività di manutenzione sugli impianti e sui servizi di stabilimento, coordinando team dedicati interni ed esterni;
- Garantire la buona esecuzione técnica dei lavori previsti, nel rispetto dei costi e delle prescrizioni in materia di Sicurezza, Salute ed Ambiente;
- Impostare e realizzare, con il supporto del team interno dedicato, studi di progettazione di massima e innovativa, verificando la fattibilità, la validità técnica e l’economicità delle alternative;
- Interfacciarsi e collaborare con i Responsabili di Reparto, al fine di perseguire gli obiettivi di efficienza produttiva, garantendo il rispetto delle norme di sicurezza del sito;
- Gestire e coordinare, in interfaccia con i Responsabili di Reparto, le dinamiche di operatività quotidiana di manutenzione, inclusa la supervisione ed il monitoraggio della forza lavoro e dell’attività delle ditte esterne

**Skills/Requisiti**:
Titolo di studio: Laurea in Ingegneria o Diploma Tecnico, idealmente in ambito chimico
- ** Esperienza nel ruolo di gestione della manutenzione di impianti** in cui avvengono processi ad es: impianti chimici, impianti idraulici di raccolta e distribuzione gas, impianti per la produzione di energia termoelettrica etc.
- ** Capacità di coordinare personale** interno ed esterno nelle attività di manutenzione e di sicurezza
- **Capacità di supervisionare** la qualità ed il miglioramento continuo del processo produttivo
- Gradita la capacità di **supportare i progetti di ricerca** e sviluppo dalla realizzazione di prototipi sino al lancio in produzione
- Conoscenza della** lingua inglese**: livello minimo richiesto discreto, in particolare scrittura, lettura e comprensione
