**Production Planning Coordinator**
Riportando al Production Manager, la risorsa avrà la responsabilità di pianificare la produzione e seguirne l’avanzamento sia all’interno del plant produttivo di proprietà, sia soprattutto presso terzisti esterni.
**Responsabilità**:
- Definire le assegnazioni, i carichi di lavoro e i piani di consegna dei fornitori;
- Aggiornare e controllare i programmi produttivi monitorando lo stato di avanzamento della produzione interna ed esterna;
- Mantenere un costante contatto con i fornitori in modo da sintetizzare e riportare le criticità e i vincoli produttivi;
- Garantire la consegna in magazzino dei capi finiti nei tempi richiesti;
- Curare la valorizzazione e l'aggiornamento di tutti i parametri che concorrono alla formazione del costo del prodotto;
- Monitorare le marginalità correlate alle singole linee di prodotto, valutare i costi produttivi/dei fornitori.
**Requisiti richiesti**:
- Esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 8 anni;
- Laurea in ingegneria gestionale (o in discipline similari);
- Pregresso in aziende strutturate;
- Conoscenza gestionale SAP;
- Problem-solving, flessibilità e abitudine/attitudine nella gestione del team;
- Flessibilità e capacità di operare secondo priorità;
- Dinamismo ed entusiasmo nel lavorare in un contesto in rapida crescita.
