**What we expect**:
**Responsabilità principali**:

- Fornire supporto tecnico ai clienti, sia da remoto che presso le sedi operative.
- Diagnosticare guasti tecnici e proporre soluzioni correttive tempestive.
- Gestire richieste tecniche verbali e scritte, fornendo risposte chiare e puntuali.
- Collaborare con i reparti produttivi e R&D per il miglioramento continuo dei prodotti.
- Mantenere e aggiornare la documentazione técnica.
- Garantire che le installazioni rispettino le normative edilizie, gli standard di qualità e le politiche aziendali.
- Promuovere i valori fondamentali dell'azienda: attenzione al cliente, affidabilità, integrità, rispetto e responsabilità.

**Who we are looking for**:
**Competenze tecniche**:

- Esperienza nel supporto tecnico di ascensori per scale e piattaforme elevatrici.
- Conoscenza dei regolamenti edilizi e delle normative di settore.
- Capacità di condurre attività formative su prodotti tecnici a diversi tipi di pubblico.
- Abilità nella diagnosi dei guasti e nella risoluzione dei problemi tecnici in autonomia.
- ** Sede di lavoro**: Pisa con **disponibilità a trasferte fino a 70 giorni all’anno**:

- Conoscenza della lingua inglese
- La conoscenza della lingua tedesca è un plus
