**R&D FOOD TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST**

per realtà operante nel settore dolciario

**Mansioni**
- Redazione e mantenimento della parte documentale dei progetti di sviluppo prodotto
- Studio e ricerca di soluzioni tecniche finalizzate allo sviluppo di prodotti per il mercato B2B
- Relazioni con fornitori e clienti nella gestione dei progetti di sviluppo e/o ricerca
- Prototipazione e testing delle soluzione sviluppate in ambito industriale
- Creazione delle specifiche di prodotto
- Gestione dell'iter dei vari fornitori
- Analisi in laboratorio interno e analisi di report dei laboratori esterni

**Requisiti**
- Laurea in Scienze e tecnologie alimentari (o affini)
- Conoscenza professionale lingua inglese
- Conoscenza pacchetto Office
- Minima esperienza lavorativa presso un'industria alimentare in qualità di Addetto R&D, Tecnologo o Controllo Qualità
