**Hotel Artemide **is currently recruiting a **Night Auditor** to join our highly successful team.

You should have a warm, personable nature, with an eye for detail and a ‘can do’ attitude.

You will be expected to achieve a level of service through the constant monitoring of our established standards. As a result, you should be highly attentive to detail and be capable of delivering consistent standards. In this type of industry, teamwork is key; you should be a strong team player willing to lend a hand wherever needed.

**The Role**:

- A Night Auditor contributes to the first impressions of our Guests.
- As Night Auditor, you will provide night-hour reception services for Guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from check-in through check-out.
- Achieve positive outcomes from Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure an efficient reception experience for Guests, including check in/out.
- Ensure that Night Team are kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and, or, other departments.
- Ensure that the night porter checklist is complete.
- Always demonstrate a high level of customer service.
- Demonstrate a knowledge of hotel room categories, room rates, packages, promotions, and other general product knowledge necessary to perform daily duties.
- Maximize room occupancy.
- Promote hotel services and facilities.
- Use the correct procedures regarding the acceptance of foreign currencies, credit cards and cash in accordance with the hotel credit policy.
- Act in accordance with policies and procedures when working with front of house equipment and property management systems.
- Follow company brand standards.

**We need people who are full of personality and have**:

- Great team working skills.
- A good level of English, spoken and written. Other languages preferred. Basic Italian required.
- A keen eye for detail.
- The ability to work under pressure.
- A real passion for delivering personal, fantastic, and memorable service to all our guests.
- The ability to deal with our guests in a calm and professional manner.

Ideally, you’ll have a customer service background and experience in a similar role.

Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time, depending on the need of the business and hotel.

**Salary**: €1,670.00 per month
